Tooling (molds) can be fabricated from a variety of materials including aluminum, steel, epoxy, fiberglass, silicone and urethane. All tooling/molds can be designed by our engineering group to meet your exact product specifications.
RIM TOOLING
- Aluminum RIM molds are low cost and extremely economical for large part and low volume production.
OPEN CAST OR HAND CAST TOOLING
- Open cast or hand cast tooling can utilize aluminum, steel, epoxy, fiberglass, silicone, or urethane and usually costs less than RIM tooling.
- With open cast we are able to use an existing part or have a pattern made to generate new tooling.
