REACTION INJECTION MOLDING (RIM): A process that combines a two part liquid system into a closed tool under low pressure. See illustration below.
OPEN CAST: This is a low cost process of pouring urethane systems into open cavity molds. This can be accomplished by hand mixing or using a urethane dispensing machine that will dispense mixed material in the mold.
CENTRIFUGAL CASTING: This form of casting can be used to make parts that need to be filled from the center of the part.
